II C               PROJECT                   TERM I        EVS

Topic: Houses

     A) Create a 2D or 3D model of house (igloo, tent, house with sloping/flat roof, building etc). Students can also make clay models of houses.

     B)      Name the house and write if it is a permanent or temporary house.

     C)      Name the materials used to build the house.

     D)     Identify the type of climate where the house is situated

Materials Required

1 )      Cardboard/A4 size art sheet if making a 2D model

2 )      Materials used to make the house - avoid buying materials for the model. Use the materials that are readily available at home (recycled). Also avoid buying thermocol for the project as it is not eco friendly.

3 )      Glue

4 )      Child friendly scissors
