I am bit skeptical with this approach. At this early stage I feel it is not necessary to move our children to gadgets. I feel it is going to create a big problem for parents those who are not opting for e-books, as they will see some of their friends using it in class room and will ask for the same. Why school is trying to push the parents to buy the gadget which they feel is not necessary for their children at this early age. To be honest, I am not inline with this idea. Why didn't school arranges a general meeting or kind of voting round to have a parent's feedback and based on majority you could have decided. I feel like I am being forced by school administration (in implicit way) to follow the course which I feel is not required for my child.
